Remote Bark Collar

The big advantage of a remote bark collar is that you can train your dog at a distance. Your dog does not have to be right by your side in order for you to effectively provide negative feedback to them. 

Remember in order to quickly change your dog’s habits you need to provide positive or negative reinforcement at the time your dog takes the action. Otherwise if the reinforcement is delayed your dog may not associate the punishment with the un-desired action.

If you have a larger yard or your dog runs free, its best to find the collar that has the highest transmitting range.  Also its best to find a collar that is waterproof, and not just weatherproof. 

Remember most dogs like to swim and don’t mind getting wet which is why you need to make sure the collar is absolutely waterproof.
